If your organization requires a PO number in order to handle incoming invoices it is the responsibility of the orderer to provide a valid PO. Please have your PO number at hand when contacting the Signup Software Support Team.

  • Program versions of ExFlow and other applications
  • Has the problem occurred earlier? (Always? Sometimes? Often? Pattern?)
  • When did it stop working for you?
  • In which environment did the problem arise? (Database, company, invoice number, etc.)
  • What have you tried to do? (Which form, which buttons etc.)
  • In case of error messages, what do they say?
